This policy explains what information Lexycall (“Lexycall”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit lexycall.com or get in touch with us, how we handle calls our AI receptionist answers for businesses, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, email us at sales@lexycall.com.
When you fill in the contact form or request a demo, we collect:
We don't take payments on this website and never ask for card or bank details here.
We don't send marketing emails, text messages, or marketing calls. We use your email address and phone number only to respond to your inquiry. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your permission first and update this policy.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with a small number of service providers that help us run this website:
These providers get only the information they need to do their job for us. If you'd like the current list of providers we use, email sales@lexycall.com.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. In that case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: which pages get read, what gets clicked, and where people drop off. Clarity also creates heatmaps and session replays that show how pages are used. We use these only to improve the site, never for advertising.
These cookies are optional. They load only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, they stay off, and the site works the same either way.
Analytics cookies can stay in your browser for up to two years unless you delete them. We also save your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit.
Changing your mind: you can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Clearing this site's data in your browser also resets your choice, so the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.
Do Not Track: some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There's no agreed standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site doesn't change its behavior when it receives one. Analytics still only run if you accept cookies.
Businesses use Lexycall to answer their phone calls. When you call one of those businesses, we handle the call on the business's behalf and follow its instructions. The business decides what the AI receptionist does and how your information is used, and its own privacy policy applies to you as its caller.
We don't sell caller information or use it for advertising. To connect a business's tools, we store the access details that business gives us and use them only to do work for that business.
Call information is kept while the business uses Lexycall, unless the business asks us to delete it sooner. When a business stops using Lexycall, we delete its call information unless the law requires us to keep it.
To see, correct, or delete information from your call, please contact that business first, since it controls your information. We'll help it respond to your request. You can also email us at sales@lexycall.com and we'll point you in the right direction.
We keep the details you submit only as long as we need them to respond to you and continue the conversation. If you become a customer, we keep them for as long as we work together. If you don't, we delete them once they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. We may keep some information longer only where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Hosting logs are kept for a short period. Analytics data is kept for a limited time set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Our team may also work with it from outside your country. Wherever it's handled, we protect it as described in this policy.
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, forms are checked for spam and abuse, and access to submitted information is limited to the people on our team who need it to respond to you. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
This site is meant for businesses and isn't aimed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
This site links to other websites, including AI assistants and social media profiles. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave lexycall.com.
We'll update this policy when our website or practices change, and we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top when we do. If we make a significant change to how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you directly before it takes effect.
